Climbing Tendon Injury
well, its a dark day in the life of me. I was climbing on an (indoor) crimpy route on about a 70-75 degree angle, I heard a nasty popping sound somewhere in my hand, it was followed by some good old pain. I fell off, and brushing the popping off as nothing, climbed some more, noticing discomfort when using open handed grip, on my left hand. I then narrowed it down to my ring finger.
When I put any strain on my left ring finger, I feel a pain down from my last joint to the middle of my forearm, I have a feeling its a tendon/pulley injury. Has anyone else had something similar to this, and if so, what did you do to fix it? Any help would be appreciated, p.s. I'm going to the doctor tomorrow |
