Polar Opposite teams
Overall fan favourites or terrible teams that are hated by the majority of the league... list your suggestions here
I'm a big football fan, so I'll start there Green Bay - People love to love this team, its such a cliche' to be a packers fan now, but i can claim to be the real thing since i've been die hard cheese head since 1990 when i started watching football. Plus its hard to cheer against Favre. Denver Broncos - People love to hate this team I've found (just my opinion mind you!) Everyone i talk to absolutaly hates denver, maybe its the coach... maybe its the players... who knows... i sure dont! Now for Hockey: Toronto Maple Leafs - In a recent poll in the NHL, they were voted the most hated team, followed closely by the Rangers... This could be an interesting topic of discussion as to the reasons why. I'll let other people fill in the respective sports with their input, because I dont profess to know much about soccer, or basketball, or US College Football. And I realize that everything here is someone's opinion, so dont take offense if someone doesn't like your favorite team... we're all friends here

Im a big bears fan, understandable since I live outside Chicago. Also a White Sox fan for the same reason although I find most people in my area are Cub fans. (Prolly cuz Im in the Northwest 'burbs)
And as you can probably guess, I hate the Packers. I have to. And I do. Altho I will admit Favre is a helluva QB and very fun to watch. |

I hate the Leafs because everyone always refers to them as "Canada's team". I say bullshit. That and they have Darcy Tucker, who I absolutely cannot stand. I pity the Rangers too much to hate them, they spend so much and yet get nowhere. Minnesota and New Jersey are also high on the hate list since they are the major proponents of the trap.

I've never liked the Colorado Avalance, since they were once my beloved Quebec Nordiques, then as a way of rubbing salt into the wound, they won the cup in their first year in Colorado, using the team they got from Philly, because Eric Lindros didn't want to have to play in Quebec.
I hate the Rangers, only partially because they have the deepest pockets in the league, and yet somehow find a way to stay in the bottom half of the standings. It's mostly because I hate Eric Lindros though. |

Actually I believe that titles goes to the Atlanta Braves, they won their division for about 10 years and won once.
The Bills made that huge 35 point comeback against the Oilers in the AFC Championship game. Then again, they were also the victim of the Music City Miracle... Ok, maybe you're right.

One day an Englishman, a Scotsman, and an Irishman walked into a pub together. They each bought a pint of Guinness. Just as they were about to enjoy their creamy beverage, three flies landed in each of their pints. The Englishman pushed his beer away in disgust. The Scotsman fished the fly out of his beer and continued drinking it, as if nothing had happened. The Irishman, too, picked the fly out of his drink but then held it out over the beer and yelled "SPIT IT OUT, SPIT IT OUT, YOU BASTARD!" |
