If you look closely in the fan stand, you'll see a mother putting her hand over her son while the whole fight is happening in front of them. If you're gonna take your kids to a NHL game, did you expect to watch a non-violent game? I think not!

Heh, it looked like the husband/father was tapping the glass egging the fight on, and the mother is trying to shield the eyes of both of her kids.

I can understand why the mother would want to do that though... kids looked pretty young.

Yeah but I mean comon, kid's gonna see a fight sooner or later right? There's no point in sheilding a kid from violence these days anymore...

Yeah, hockey fights arent particularly brutal, I mean you can only do so much before both guys lose their balance and the officials come in.
