Who do you think has;
1) The Best Team 2) Could be the Best Team 3) Shouldn't be as good as they are now |
1) Detroit Red Wings
2) Colorado Avalanche 3) Boston Bruins |
1) Philly - They're stacked to the brim!
2) Vancouver... so much potential! [Just need Clouts to get a bit more consistant] 3) Toronto. |
make a good point there
|
1.) Philadelphia right now, but down the stretch it will be Detroit
2.) Dallas Stars, what can I say? Their plus/minus looks like the sunday score boards at Augusta! With players like Modano and Lehtinen, this shouldn't happen. 3.) Nashville, you laugh, but they are 12-10-1 with 25 points, and are actually in the hunt for the Central Divisional title. /sarcasm |
1) Philly is looking freakin solid right now. I worry about the goaltending; cmon, it is Jeff Hackett.
2)Colorado. If they finally break down and trade for Burke, Kolzig, or Theodore, they'll be unstoppable. 3) Nashville. see archer2371's post. |
1. i am also going to have to go with philly
2. colorado could be the best team. they have an awsome offense. and when kariya gets to 100%, i think they will be even tougher offensively. 3. definitely nashville heres a knew one i thought should be on there 4. who should be doing better, but is not. - i may be biased, because they are my team, but the ducks. they have so much potential on that team. as soon as they get consistent, watch out, i think they could be one of the best teams in the league. |
1) The best team currently I'd have to say is Philly with the home win streak etc.
2) Colorado could be the best team. Needs everyone healthy and playing on the same page 3) Nashville, look for a mid season burn out as the race turns once again back to Detroit and St. Louis |

1. Philly - Damn, I don't think they can get any better, with Eric gone they've been better without him. 2. Vancouver - Pretty young team, they had a good run last year, could be the same year 3. Detriot - Seriously, how many old guys are there? Somebody should tell em to retire and move on...having too many star player on a single team can't be too good, especially when one of them try to lead the team. Same goes for Colorado. 4. Dunno, it seems that Nashville and San Jose is on a good streak. You can never know... Last year NHL playoff was a little fuked up. Who would have thought that the red wings and dallas would have been knocked off by the ducks? Same goes for Colorado and minnsota? I thought the eastern conference was straight up playoff but man, the west...they're just unpredictable... |
1) Philadelphia - nothing more to add than what's already been said at this point. This team is on fire right now.
2) St Louis - Always a consistantly good team but their goaltending over the past few years has been their downfall. This year may be different. Ozzie looks great so far and and you can actually see his confidence growing with each game he plays. They're tied with Detriot in the Central and only 3 points back from Vancouver for the lead in the West despite playing 3 less games, the injury to MacInnis and early suspentions to Weight and Tkuchuk. 3) Atlanta - They're still riding the emotional wave caused by the death of Dan Snyder. Bob Hartley has done an excellent job of focusing that emotion thus far but reality will begin to get in sooner than later. They are a much improved team over last year and playing in the Southeast Division helps but I without Heatly, I really don't see them still contending come playoff time. 4) Ottawa - I don't even know where to begin. I'll keep it short and just say that this team is capable of so much more. Big disappointment so far but they have the talent, now all they need is the direction. |
1. philly
2. vancouver (go canucks!) 3. nashville |
1. Philly
2. NY Rangers. They have so much talent 3. Tampa Bay |
1. Detroit esp. when their healthy
2. Vancouver, a lot of talent, just waiting to explode 3. Nashville, for reasons above. As for who should be doing better, Ottawa, man are they loaded, but just need a spark. |

Vancourver isn't going to do shit until their goalie picks up his game or they get a new one.
I think philly has the best team in the league right now. As for the teams that have alot of potential but they aren't showing it right now i'd definatly say minnesota and tampabay. And the team that shouldn't be doing as good as they are now, is definatly vancouver. |
Serpent, Why? Vancouver has 4 scoring lines. All the players are producing, we have two starter goalies, and two super stars on the first line, not to mention the great defence. Explain how they don't deserve to be doing well.
|
philly always chokes, and who is thier goalie anyway Jeff Hackett a bad goalie on an above average team with bad defense=out in the first round.
|
1 ) (As much as it hurts me to say this) Toronto. They've been good for the past few years. But they look great this year.
2 ) Ottawa. Only if they can get out of this HUGE slump and actually start earning some points. Despite last season, I don't think they've really established themselves as a cup contender. They'll win the cup when they start playing like they really want it. 3 ) Take your pick : Atlanta, Boston, Buffalo, Tampa, Montreal, Nashville. |
1) Avalanche
2) Vancouver 3) Predators |
1)Colorado
2)Atlanta 3)Bruins |
1) Vancouver is looking sharp. Just like the Flyers in the east. Though, it's Two teams with a question mark in front of the net.
2) No question Colorado should rule the NHL but anything can and will happen this season. I don't even know by now who is gonna win the cup but I know it's not gonna be Detroit or Colorado. 3) Atlanta without Heatley. They play superb hockey, Savard is back and flying and Kovalchuk is running the engine. I don't think it's gonna last. No way they gonna make it to the playoffs with they awfull 3rd jersey! :) |
