I don't know if this was true, but I'm pretty sure that if OU had won Texas would've gone to a BCS Bowl, but now they won't since KState won.

Is it really that great of a tradeoff?

Dammit, that should teach me a lesson about jumping ship. I was on the KSU bandwagon at the beginning of the year, I thought Ell and especially Darren could take them far, but I jumped off after Ell broke his hand.

I hate it when god teaches me a lesson.

Although, it is nice to see how horrible White is when he plays against a real defense. Fitzgerald for the Heisman!

So my friend and I are in a sports bar in Seattle decked out in our purple cheering on the Wildcats, surrounded by USC fans.....also cheering on the Wildcats. Strange days, dogs and cats living together.

Personally, I think they either need to break up the Big 12 or dilute it down some, move Texas and A&M maybe to the SEC or something. It seems every year the Big 12 championship ends up making or breaking the BCS. Each year the top 10 is usually made up of 3 or 4 Big 12 teams. There's just too much talent in the Big 12 compared to the other conferences.

There used to be a guy that worked in there that wore a name tag that said, "The Dude". That was probably back in 2000.
