Jeremy Shockey goes down with an injury, how the hell do i replace him? well, these are my options

Daniel Graham
Bubba Franks
L.J. Smith
Anthony Becht
Desmond Clark
Jim Kleinsasser
Donald Lee
Ernie Conwell


So what do you think, im leaning towards either Graham or Smith....

Is Freddy Jones available? If not, I'd go with Anthony Becht.

with Graham and Smith, there's a good chance that Fauria and Lewis will vulture some of their stats. Becht also has a better QB (stat-wise) throwing to him.

not that this is my recomendation, but i have bubba franks on my team. he's usually good for the occasional td. but i have also heard good things about anthony becht. good luck.

Hmmm...thats the most underrated pick in the fantasy draft. Usually there's only three guys per year who are consistently worth a damn at TE and when these guys are continually scoring td's and racking up yards its huge...simply because you know you're getting points in a position that nobody else is scoring in. Kind of like a freebee (of course giving up a draft position).

Back to the question at hand I would have to go with big Ernie. I like him better in the South (division and climate) and in a dome. I *think* he is leading this pack with receptions which obviously means that he is been thrown at the most (he aslo has GREAT hands). And finally I feel like the Saints can only go up from here. They've underacheived all season and I feel like their offense can only get stronger as the season rolls on....

Becht is a good TE

Graham, people are talking about him being the next Gonzo or Shockey.

Ive decided to go with Graham, based on the upside and his recent involvement in the patriots offense.... Ive been hearing the hype from him around the news.... hopefully he'll turn out to be a good pickup... Thanks to EVERYONE for your advice... I only hope that no other players on my squad get injured....

I just picked up Graham myself. The only thing that bothers me is that Christain Fauria is still around though, and they put him in when they get near the goalline usually. That's looks to be changing though.

I guess we can only hope for the best.

I say Graham, franks, smith or becht..........None compare to Shockey, but they might get you some points. The others I wouldn't recommend........Good Luck
