Ok so I guess everyone knows by now that Kobe Bryant is going to trial. By the information we have recieved by the news and the media what do you all think......is he guilty, not guilty, or you just don't really give a flying fuck ????Personally I think he's not guilty but I'd laugh my ass off if he went to prison. This would just show all these macho NBA players that their not God and they can't just shit on who ever they please.

I'm one of those who doesn't give a flying fuck....as well as one of those who would be laughing his ass off if he did get thrown in jail.

There are way too many open questions on this deal. Kobe has a rep for being squeeky clean. That will help him...but if the evidence is there he will do hard time.

It's a very muddled case....

If he's quilty he should do time. And not get off like most celebs do.

Also, I don't think he should play while he's on trial.

Don't know about not playing while on trial. Goes against what we as Americans stand for---innocent until....

I don't see how you can decide if he's guilty without hearing all the evidence. So far all we know is what has been reported in the press, which is hardly enough to decide guilt or innocence. Let him have his day in ccourt. Hopefully they will get it right and if guilty sentence him accordingly.

I was leaning towards him being guilty until I heard about his defence trying to bring in evidence that the girl he "raped" had been with three other guys in the previous day or two. I mean it is possible he could have raped her still, but 4 guys in two days... damn.

Innocent until proven otherwise. Good way to do it. I don't like the rape sheild. Where's the theft sheild? The murder sheild?

Screw that if he gets found guilty he doesn't have to worry about jail in Colorado (which has the most strict laws against sexual offenders) he will have to get his penis strapped into a machine that measures his level of arrousal and he will then be shown pictures and movies of ALL different things. From normal porn to the sick and absolute twisted and his sentence could be based on those results. But most likely he will get off just like all big name athletes do!! Plus I think he would be crazy to RAPE anyone because I'm pretty sure if one girl didn't want to do it he could find a couple that would and probably at the same time!!
