Who's the best in the NFC East?

With the Giants beating the Redskins today, this division is up for grabs. The eagles are 0-2. The giants cant put anybody away. Dallas leads the NFL in offense. Who is going to step up?

Best defense. Best receivers.

The 'Skins defense has enough skill to put them over every other in the division.

The Skins, they have showed lots of resiliency in the last 2 weeks. The Giants proved once again they have no idea how to close out a game.

I'm a big cowboys fan, but I'm not getting ahead of myself. While they easily could start 4-2, or even 5-1 ( Jets, Arizona, Eagles and Det. coming up) things get tough later in the year with Bucs, Bills, Pats, Dolphins. I think 9-7 would be a really great year.
But with how bad Tags has made this league, anyone can win, so who knows.

Easily? They have yet to really establish a RB and still have a few issues to work out.

I'll give you the Jets game, but Arizona and Detroit aren't as bad as people think.

Blake is a pretty good QB, and if Emmitt Smith can step it up they might win a few games. Boldin has been surprising and their TE Freddie Jones has been one of the most consistent.

Detroit has Harrington, he's really good when he's good, and he sucks when he's bad. They have a committee of RB's who aren't getting it done, but Bryson is beginning to separate himself from the rest. Rogers could also be dangerous at the WR.

I see the Cowboys going either 1-3 or 2-2 in those 4 games.

Right now I say the Giants. As long as Shockey doesn't drop too many TD passes they'll be alright.

Cowboys are overacheiving.

Eagles are underacheiving.

Redskins suck. They're the Redskins, so no other reason is needed

This is a tough one, I could say the Cowboys, simply by their attitude change from last year, if only they were bigger on Defense, they would just crush everyone. As soon as QCart starts making some really good decisions, they'll be a good team, and Parcells will work on the running game soon enough. We know it's not the Eagles, I think it's a tie between Dallas, Washington, and the NYG, because of the team poise that all three have, they all haven't really been shaken too much, so yeah, this is tough, I can't pick this early in the season.

I can see 2-2, but it would be losing to the Eagles and the Jets. Arizona and Det just dont look that good to me, and I think one difference this year is this team will win the games it is supposed to win.
The RB situation in Dallas is a big concern though. They wont win much unless Hambrick steps up which I'm not too sure he can do.

The Cowboys definately have a better attitude this year, and this is of course because of Parcells. I think the Cowboys are just fine on defense, the main reason they start to look bad sometimes in the second half is actually due to the Cowboys offense. See the time of possesion for most of the games are always favoring the other team, and that means that the Cowboys defense is having to play longer and harder, so towards the end, they are bound to get a little sluggish. I think if Quincy can get into a rythm, and they can start establishing the running game, then the Cowboys will be just fine. They have great wide recievers, and the offensive line is doing a descent job. So basically Hambrick has to step up, and I actually like Cason a lot. So I think if those two areas are stepped up, the Cowboys have a good shot at doing good this season, at least better than 5-11 like the last 3 seasons. Just my 2 cents.

Lions have lost their 3rd cornerback of the season and none of them have been very good. Dre Bly is playing All-Pro on the one side but no help. Det will be 4-12 or maybe 5-11 but that is all nothing more.

I really like Cason also, and would love to see him get the ball more. I'm really not sold on Hambrick. He doesnt seem to see the holes and doesnt really power through anyone. The kind of back that if you need 3 yards, he'll get you 2.

With the O-Line playing together more and more they will come together and help Big Blue make a run not only to the playoffs, but through them!!
