This is the National Football League. Here you must tackle. Actually tackle. Fundamentals. You cannot have more yards in penalties then in total offense.

Butch, you coached at Miami where superior athletes would carry the day over Rutgers. See, in the NFL, everyone has good athletes. So your team must be capable of things like tackling and self-composure. In this vain, drafting a mike linebacker in the second round because he was a "great athlete" from some school called West Texas A&M may not have been a good idea, especially since his team went 0-11 in his senior season. Football is about good fundamentals and winners, not just athletes.

Butch, Cleveland the city is not Miami the city. In Cleveland, we sell out football games and have the strongest football chapters of fans in the country. We play great high school football in Cleveland, so the fans understand from an early age about fundamental things like tackling and composure. And we understand the coach is responsible for such things. Get the hint here?
