If you could watch one game......

here are the rules.

it has to take place in the next year.

it has to be scheduled (like you cant say when cowboys next play for the superbowl or texas a&m in their bowl game).

but, you can say "the super bowl" because a game WILL be played for the championship next yr, regardless of the teams.


my pick would be the red river shooutout. OU vs Texas.

we've been losin for a couple of years now and it's time that we get revenge.

I'd go with Game 7 of the Stanley Cup Finals. And to add to that, the game would go into double overtime. There is NOTHING that compares to overtime playoff hockey. I was at the Red Wings vs Kings game #4 in the 2001 playoffs. That game was AWESOME!

Maryland-Florida State in mid-September.

Terps going in with a NC-caliber team to avenge all the FSU blowouts over the past decade. FSU in a down period, with major questions at quarterback.

Should be a fantastic game. Better then the 2001 game at Doak, which was great for three quarters until the Terps secondary collapsed and gave up a bunch of huge touchdown throws.

Game 7...........2003 World Series

NFC Championship game if it's played in Green Bay or Philly, otherwise...hmm...I dunno...

The first game between VT and Maryland during the regular season next year. Northern Virginia is going to be insane.

Ditto. Not because I think it'll be a great game or whatnot. I just don't care about college that much, and football is the only sport besides tennis that I enjoy watching.

There are several that I wish to see. The Super Bowl, any of the Stanley Cup playoffs, when the Dallas Stars play the Anaheim Mighty Ducks throughout the season, UT versus UO (since those bastards at A&M say we're *shudder* TU, I'm callin the Sooners UO) I could go on and on and on. Though out of all those, if I only had to watch one game, UT v. UO.

aggies also copied the "eyes of texas" song and made it their school song with limited variations.........idiots.

Kansas State v. Kansas :lol: that game should be pretty much one sided.

But seriously, I would have to say Kansas State v. California on august 23 at arrowhead stadium. First game of the ksu football stompin' season.

Michigan vs OSU.

They both could be winless and it would be the best for me.

I seriously think they both could be undefeated come 11/22 (unless Clarett misses the season). Then it would have the most meaning in s very long time. Always has the most meaning but seriously two teams undefeated that late in the season $$.

OU v TX Should both be unbeatin, and there is a chance that they could be ranked 1-2 if OSU and miami suffer early season stumbles. Can't wait to see the Sooners hand the longhorns another beatin.

well this isnt scheduled, but i would like to say that i would like to see miami hurricanes play the cincinnati bengals... to shut up all those people who say they could beat them... teh skill level is just too great a change.

mine would be in 1985, when the amazing bears were beaten by a mediocre-at-best dolphins, simply because they wanted to keep the undefeated record. I bet that was something else

Duke vs. UNC in men's basketball (At the Dean Dome on Feb 5.) One of the greatest rivalries in all of sports and the first meeting with Roy and head coach. I think this will be a great game.
