NHL Team Logos - Past and Present
I found an intersting web site while surfing that has all the NHL team logos, both past and present. I thought I'd post it here so others could appreciate it as well.

Actually, a friend and I were looking through the list, and my friend noticed that one of the Vancouver Canuck logos was missing.
His name is Johnny Canuck, and he was their logo from 1952-1970. This was prior to when the Canucks entered into the NHL, which is most likely why he wasn't added to the list of logos. Still like the "C-killer whale" better.

I loved the Canucks previous logo with the skate, even the colours were sharp.
My all time fav was the Whalers.

now that i think of it, its sad to see 6 canadian teams, while there are flourishing hockey teams in phoenix, dallas, atlanta, san jose, anaheim, la, carolina, etc. when was the last time it even snowed down there! if it weren't for artificial ice, the nhl would be almost completly canadian. dammit! oh how i miss my jets.

Had to laugh at the "Philadelphia Quakers". Now that must have been a team to fear!!!

I'm so glad that the Penguins went back to their older logo - it's so much better! Thanks for the site, it makes for a really interesting view.
