After taking a little vacation to Vancouver, I feel like i know the city, and I have rooted for them, congrats one the win in a good series

Vancouver sure proved themselves.
It took them 7 games to beat a team mired by the bubonic plague, without their captain, and without a real goaltender. Wild over Canucks in the most embarrassing playoff series since... Well, I guess since Detroit/Anaheim. |
Vancouver caught this team when they were sick. On the other hand, the Blues played without any fire in game 7. Quenneville didn't do anything to pep this team up for the game. Vancouver outhit us from the beginning.

Being a huge STL fan, I was quite put out be the whole thing... I just want to get Macinnis at least to the Stanley Cup Finals before he has to retire, he deserves it.
My call at the All-Star break was an all Canadian Final, Canucks vs Senators... seems that is coming closer and closer to the truth, especially if the Ducks eliminate Dallas! |
