Do any of you play Airsoft?
 

I saw the paintball thread and it made me wonder....are there any fellow Airsoft players on here? If so, let me know where you play and what guns you use.

I usually play in wooded areas and use an SR-16. This weekend, we'll be playing a huge game at Ft. Leonardwood in MO.

whoa, I did a search for "airsoft" and I saw this thread... what happened?!??! I don't want to start a flame war, but it is my personal opinion that airsoft deserves more attention than paintball.

I haven't played in a while, but my weapon of choice right now is my MP5k (stock).

I think it's important that paintball still exists along with airsoft because paintball tends to attract types of people that I'd prefer to not play airsoft with.

I'm an airsoft wannabe - can't afford the equipment, but everytime I've borrowed some and played, I've had a blast.

There's a group north of St. Louis that gets together a few times a month - great people if anyone is in the area.

i've been playing airsoft for awhile down here in CA
i have 2 sr-16's. ones a shorty for cqb games. An aps2-sv. for my sniper role. and a glock 19.

i love it because its the closest to the real thing. i love the whole mindset behind the sport. the teamwork, and the goal-oriented attitudes of people. Esp. on big ops where its all milsim.

Hmm, but since you're shooting with plastic pellets, isn't there a big thing going on like "i hit you !!!" "no way, you didn't hit me" ?

I've got the KWC Desert Eagle .50AE but i don't really practice the sport.

That stuff looks really cool, but a little rich for my blood. I think I will have to stick with paintball for now. But thanks for showing me something different. I will hav to give it a try sometime.
