I like Yahoo for the fantasy type.
But I also am in love with http://bmo.sportsmogul.com the free league plays 2 seasons in 1 week. you are given a real 2006 baseball team and you have to manage the finances and players. I came across it while looking to see if my Baseball Mogul 2005 or Football Mogul 2005 had updates, because it had been awhile since I'd played either. Both are great fun, Baseball though is the greatest. You own a REAL (simulated) MLB team (you can even choose not only the team but the year you want to start.... 1927 Yankees and play every season until now... no problem... as you progress the "real named" players disappear and they are computer generated... but you can change the names at any time,) You control every aspect of the finances from concession sales, tickets, tv revenue to farm system, medical, scouting expenses. If you go in the red you can't sign players until you are back in the black. Then of course you manage the signings and promoting of the players, any trades. You set the rosters, pitching rotations etc. You can also once you get the revenue build a new stadium to your specs, move your team to a different city. It's just as realistic as it can get. The online free game, you don't have all that but you do control ticket prices, contracts, medical, scouting and farm system. Unlike the game which just has AAA then Major league players, the online version starts you at rookie A all the way up. (But in the free 2 season version it's a moot point). The only thing is in neither version do you get to actually see the games played. Football is similar. If anyone would be interested in starting a pay league let me know. It costs $4.95 a month. Here's the link to the cost and most of the cool features. http://www.sportsmogul.com/ I say fuck it let's start a TFP League.

I just love people who use the excuse "I use/do this because I LOVE the feeling/joy/happiness it brings me" and expect you to be ok with that as you watch them destroy their life blindly following. My response is, "I like to put forks in an eletrical socket, just LOVE that feeling, can't ever get enough of it, so will you let me put this copper fork in that electric socket?"
