NBA Finals : Game 6
ok, spurs lead 3-2.
i think it's pretty much over. never has a team come from behind when losing 3-2 and going on the road(ever since they adopted 2-3-2 format). they're playing at home, and i think it'll be an easy win for the spurs. there is a lil doubt in the back of my mind if nets can do what dallas did beating san antonio @ home for the 2nd time, but that's a SMALL doubt. popovich is going to remind his team about that loss and it wont happen. |
Most of the betting world will be heavily favoring the Spurs to win now. I wouldn't be surprised though if Jason Kidd rallies his team to a victory in Game 6.
Kidd is really really great. The rest of the Nets are not that good. RJ and Martin would be starters on most NBA teams, but there are plenty on the Nets roster that get a lot of playing time who are not good NBA ballplayers. If Kidd leaves the Nets as a FA the Nets won't make the playoffs next year. |
Remember Game six against the Lakers? I think that's the Spurs team that's going to show up Sunday.

Nets need to shoot 49/50 from the line, pulling a Mavericks to win game 6.
Assuming that won't happen, Spurs in a walkover. |
The Spurs should finish it. I'm pulling for the Nets, but that's only cause I'm a huge fan of K-Mart. I wish he didn't get sick. :(
I'm glad to see the Admiral retire with a championship. He deserves to go out like that. He's one of the few good guys in the NBA. I don't know how anyone could dislike him. |
admiral is the MAN

im really counting on the spurs for this one. i think it would be too much of a letdown for them to lose this game, and they know it. the spurs have the mental toughness to take it to the nets once more to win it all.
