NHL Playoffs Round 2 Picks Thread - Tilted Forum Project Discussion Community

Once again, we'll go over the rules.

Make your pick for each series, including # of games. One point is awarded for a correct series winner guess, another point if you guess the correct number of games.

If you didn't participate last round, you still can, however you will have an essentially insurmountable road to winning. But it could still be fun.

Deadline for picks is Friday, May 5 @ 4:00 PST.

Eastern Conference

Hmm...this round is going to be a little bit tougher. Let's see what the magic dart board says.

Ottawa vs. Buffalo => Ottawa in 7
Carolina vs. New Jersey => New Jersey in 6
San Jose vs. Edmonton => Edmonton in 7
Anaheim vs. Colorado => Colorado in 6

I don't know why, but I can't see any series lasting less than 6 games.

These picks are getting pretty hard. Anaheim Colorado is going to be a barn-burner, but I didn't throw down for 7 games because I think momentum is going to play a role.

And Carolina / Jersey is a tough call. I picked 7 games, and think it will come down to a coin toss.

God I love this game.

sounds like a great plan, i've been away from the TFP for a bit, or i would have posted my picks for the first-round here too.
