Well, I may be somewhat qualified to speak about this, because I have bought my wife a Sybian. I have a few things to say about it. (I didn't answer the poll since I'm not a lady).

First, those who say you can do the same job with a $10 vibrator don't know what they are talking about. Standard vibrator orgasms are quite nice (so I'm told). I think that presentation would have a lot to do with it too. She ^^ doesn't want one in my case, so it is not an issue. If you are giving it to her as an excuse for not having to please her yourself, then it probably wouldn't go over well.
