the only thing I would have to add to this is: don't do the same thing continously.. Switch things up, going back to things more often if it gets a better reaction... if she really wants something, then they will sometimes ask for it..

Like everyone says, it depends. Good to experiment and pay attention to her body language. Make sure there's enough light to watch her face and do different things.
Try two fingers, malm up when she's on her back. Keep the finger pads on the upper surface as you go in. A few inches in, the texture will change a bit and it will get softer.
