Trying light bondage
 

Hey all, sorry if there is already a thread on this. I'll admit it's late and there's lots of bondage items that came up that simply were in the Tilted Boobs section.

Anyways I'm really wanting to try some bondage on my GF. However handcuffs dont really turn either of us on. She doesnt want anything she cant get out of (in case... of what I'm not sure though), and I dont want anything that would hurt her wrists/ankles.

I've thought about buying a scarf, but it's still +100 degrees in Texas so they're not exactly in stores. Does anyone have any suggestions for this? Our 1yr anniversary is coming up, so I figured it'd be a nice touch to start the night with a relaxing candled bath, full body massage, and then introduce some kink later in the night.

Anyways I'm looking forward to some feedback.

Go to a fabric store and pick up a...umm... yard? Whatever your crazy excuse for a metre is, of the sexiest feeling/looking fabric they've got. Make sure it doesn't unravel itself when the edge is pulled. though.

Take it home and cut it into four or five long strips. You now have hand and leg restraints, along with a nice little blindfold.

And it shouldn't cost much more than five bucks, unless you go for really classy fabric.

As for the topic at hand, I'd bet that most stores from Walmart up to department stores have some sort of scarf in the women's handbag and hair accessories sections; they aren't heavy or anything, so they are a year round item. Also, check the women's belt section (which will probably be near the handbag section), because cloth belts have been big lately. They are long like a belt, and probably about as wide as a necktie, and come in all sorts of colors and cloth choices.

Go to your local adult store and pick up some Japanese silk rope cuffs. Its easy on the wrists. It's in the bondage section, which has some extreme bondage and some uhhmmmm...not so extreme.

Thanks for the good ideas guys. I'm just a college guy so the creation of a scarf is kinda tough (I dont exactly have a sewing machine here). But I guess it wont be so bad just to get some lengths cut for a night or so. Thanks :)

dressing gown girdle, curtain, any item of clothing can work.....sit on her hands whilst you play with her breasts..use her belt..tel her she isnt allowed to move or she wil be punished....you dont need anything then! :lol: :thumbsup:

Other than that I would go to the harware store and buy a lenght of rope... the kind that your find on sailboats. It is softer than any other rope. You can then, cut it down into the appropriate lengths.

If your gf is looking for something that she can't get out of, get 2 long lengths of silky rope....you can crisscross them under your mattress and leave the ends sticking out. Tie her wrists and ankles up with the ends and presto, you have an instant bondage bed! It's quite fun. ;)

neckties. four of them, one at each corner of the bed. tie one end onto the bed frame legs, make slip knots of the other end. they can have enough play to allow rolling over etc., and you can choose just feet, just arms or any mix of up to 4 limbs.

-- tried this feature when i offered my room up to a visiting couple at university. They loved it. Tried afterwards myself, very well received by my gf.

Faux silk scarves, at least 3 (a blindfold is a must!) and you can get those at any walmart or target. Target also sells soft rope, 50ft length, for about $12, but rope is tricky-too tight will hurt(even soft rope) and too loose will slip and slide.
No bedpost? Tie the wrists behind the back before lying down. I prefer legs not tied-makes the ride a bit wilder ;)
The local Halloween store here sells wrist and ankle shackles for about $8 each-they're a thin leather and the chain between them isn't for roughness, but they'd probably do just fine.

There are certain sets that go under the mattress, and ties you down. Fun fun fun!

i agree with silk scarves. start with a blindfold and do sensation type things (tongue, massage, tangibles [e.g. feathers, ***but only after she's turned on*** or it might tickle])

might also research knot tying. you could tie her wrists in the front with a knot that she could pull with her teeth, therefore allowing her to get out of it.

also, even with light bondage... ALWAYS HAVE A SAFEWORD.
before any bondage session, participants involved should always agree on a word, or words, to let the other person know if something needs to stop. this is especially helpful in situations where someone might say "oh no, stop that" but really wants you to keep going. sometimes no means yes in the world of bondage, so you need to pick a word, or words, that don't make sense in the normal context of the situation (a couple i know uses red, yellow, green: red-stop immediately, yellow-borderline not ok, green-i'm ok, keep going, don't stop).

Yeah I'm just going to get some Satin cuts from walmart. Of course starting with the blindfold, and see where it goes from there.
