Oh man... the Donnie Darko Soundtrack. I almost had to make the SO pull over on a major highway.
And the soundtrack from Last of the Mohicans... no lyrics to distract you but amazingly strong sound. Seems to follow my direct path to sexual fulfillment.

Or, on a more serious note, all the Led Zeppelin songs seem to work best, there isn't a single one that's not good backing music.
Rammstein is also good, it's fast paced, etc. The best thing about it, it has the pace of rock music, but because it's in German you're not hearing lyrics about well built 18 to 30 year old men who want to be butchered and have their penises eaten... Unless you know German, or know the songs very well. |

I like the Lost Highway soundtrack. Other than that, mostly Led Zeppelin, Cream, Fog Hat, etc. I try to stay away from songs that are explicitedly about sex, just because it feels too "movie sound track" to me. Other than that, I usually let my girlfriend pick. Im mostly into classic metal like Metallica and Iron Maiden and I know the songs so well they're distracting. Although, Iron Maiden's Bring Your Daughter to the Slaughter has always sounded like a fun one to me.

Yeah, Portishead and Massive Attack (Mezzanine) have been great in the past. Explosions in the Sky is also good (no lyrics, long dreamy tracks), Iron & Wine... try The Stooges' "Dirt" for some good times, and Zeppelin's "Since I've Been Loving You."

Just wanted to thank all the contributors - I intend to download some of the suggested songs. I noticed very little foreign music represented. I dated an Indian girl years ago and we used to listen to Llewellyn's "Tantric Sexuality". 54 minutes of continuous music that was the perfect complement to our lovemaking. Hit the "repeat" button the CD player and enjoy. Luther, Barry, Marvin and the usual suspects from the R&B family will help you into bed, but Llewellyn will take you to another world.
