I don't really have the patience to look thru all the 10 pages... so can anyone help me with this?
I just started a few weeks ago and I get red bumps all over my shit whenever i do it. I used a clean mach3 blade and aveeno sensitive skin shaving gel and that shit still shows up.. does my skin just have to get used to it?

1. The razor and the shaving gel are good choices.
2. It might take your skin a little while to get used to it. 3. Make sure you're shaving in the direction that the hair is growing, not against. 4. Go slowly. It's not a race. 5. Invest in a mesh sponge thingy from a bath product store. Use that. Scrub, scrub, scrub. This will help with preventing ingrown hairs. 6. Try using some of the hair inhibitor lotions. I believe Aveeno produces those as well. This should help a bit anyway

I'd tried shaving a couple times before, but found the itching unbearable. I tried again a couple days ago and went really slowly, going with the grain, not against it.
I think the thing that's made it a lot less itchy and painful is applying vasoline like Hal suggested. Hardly any itchies at all.

Are there any professonal ball sac hair cutting places, You know a place where someone who is a professional shaves your nuts and groin area.
Kind of like a hair stylist for your balls. And Im not talking about those waxing or chemical treatments. I mean the actual shave.

I'm surprized a Brazilian (wax of the entire pussy region) isn't mentioned more often in this thread. I just had one done today and it appears to be well worth the money. I'll let you know in a few weeks.

I will admit, my dick is as small as it gets, and that's no lie. And then when Hal says the motion thing with his anaconda, you start to think how inadequate you might be. But the wife has no complaints after 10 years because you go out and find out what it's going to take to make her satisfied and all is good. Now let's stop flogging this dead horse already!!!!!

I just try to clean up around the edges to keep it neat. I tried shaving all of it off but didn't like all the maintenance to keep it smooth.

So i finaly gave in and decided to shave. Well last time i saw my gf we got a little sexual, so i thought it would be nice to keep things clear down there. So i finaly got around to it, shes commin down to visit next week so i thought id do it a week ahead and get usedto it by then. So i used a beard trimmer and trimmed up a bit, then put the setting to shorter and went over agian, and again, then i got it just the perfect length, about 1-1.5 cm. Then i took my mach3, with a slightly used blade, and went at the sack, nice and smooth with some shaving gel. i took my time, went slow, and no irritation or cuts In the shower my penis was erect during the shaving, and i realized trimming up makes the penis look a lot bigger, and in general just cleaner and more approachable. I hope my gf likes it - shes supposed to trim a bit too, but i dont think shell go as far as shaving hehe oh well, id still like a taste
thx for the advice guys |

trimming the surrounding bush definitely adds the appearance of more length.

those girls in bigcock porn don't seem to be enjoying themselfs all that much. As nice as a 10+ inch dick sounds to guys, girls in general don't seem to like them that big.

I've been using an electric to shave pretty much everything but the mons for about 8 months (and it's been working well - no skin issues), and ratbastid just convinced me to shave the rest off last weekend and DAMN am I covered in red bumps (the mons, anyhow)!!! Using the electric, I just get stubble, so I used a Silk Effects (new blade) razor in the shower, and that got rid of the stubble but now my skin is all red and bumpy. I've been following all the advice - scrubbing to get rid of ingrowns, putting vaseline on it - but hell this looks awful! I have sensitive skin to start with - is it just a matter of time till my skin gets used to it? It's only been a few days. Much more of this and I'm just letting it grow back!

Edit: Make sure your razor is nice and sharp. If you're not sure, get a new one. Also, make sure your shaving cream/lather is non-comedogenic and has nothing in it you're reacting to.

a new discovery
Imperial leather have a new product called 'foamburst'. Excellent for shaving. It foams and moisturises and so far it has not left any rash or spot, although I am using a worn in razor.

anyone else here a fan of shaving the boys in the shower, without shaving cream or any of that stuff?
i don't even use shaving cream on my face - not for 10 years - i grew to think that people developed a dependance on it and i think i'm right - i get just as close of a shave as the next guy and only use HOT water - my skin is fine - i don't cut myself or get razor burn, and i don't need to use aftershave or any of that shit. works just as well on the balls, but i have to be honest - it does itch like a mother for a few hours after the shaving is done - but since i only scrape the boys once a week, it's all good in the end.

I don't know if something like this has been mentioned before, but I used Bikini Plus gel last week (just bought it at the drug store) to get rid of the red bumps and ingrown hairs, and damn if it didn't work in about 4 days. Bumps all gone, itching all gone, and today I'm totally smooth. Good stuff!
