Also suggest she use a gental exfoliant between shaves to reduce the number of ingrowns (red bumpies). Just some suggestions to make the experience for her as positive as possible. And the potention greater for a repeat performance.

Last but not least. If she's not willing to shave but at least willing to trim - You could suggest using conditioner down there. It will make the hair softer and more pleasant to touch.

the blade she uses on her legs or her vulva? i would highly recommend using a different blade from the leg-shaving blade. leg razors tend to get dull extremely fast.

I have a dedicated Mach 3 razor for that alone. I have yet to cut myself at all as long as I shave with the grain. I do kind of pull at it a bit to tighten it up so it is easier to shave. The only irritation I have had was when I did it two days in a row.

I started off with about an inch completely shaven around the testicles. I also shave the shaft and scrotum clean. It looked kind of strange, so I kept moving farther away until I had gotten most of the long hair removed. I keep about 2" clean around the genitals except on the upper legs and the area below my balls to around my anus. I just don't like the feel of hair down there anymore after I did it. My wife is now much more willing to do oral now which is a big time added plus.

That is exactly why I dont shave it clean. I do find a little trimmin does make it look a little bigger.

I've been shaving since I was about 15 or 16 (25 now). No razor burn ever, chicks dig it.

Do it in whatever pattern or shapes, etc. to personal taste. I would refer to porn in the titty board and pick one you like. Choose and xxx post to see guys shaved. You can shave anywhere, balls, etc. just do it in the shower, you can turn the water down a bit so it isn't pummeling you, use ivory soap and a sharp MACH III razor or the ladies "Venus" version. Don't bother if you don't use these razors and keep it sharp by keeping blades dry and not touching anything between shaves and changing every couple weeks. If you don't shave every day or two then it gets kinda rough. Gals, you are killing us with the sandpaper if you don't keep that stubble down.

Ok, so I got this idea from marcopolo and his "Dusting the Boys" thread.

I shave my lower extremities on a weekly basis and have found my nuts feel incredible after a hot shower and a razor swiping. This can be responded to in several ways:

Guys: Do you shave your balls?
Girls: Do you like it better when a guy shaves his balls and does it give you incentive to go own on him?

I've trimmed the boys 2 or 3 times, and it itches like a mofo for about 3-4 days, but never completely shaved.

I actually use tweezers to keep them clean. If you keep at it for a couple minutes everyday you get the hairs when they first start growing and it doesn't hurt to pull them out.

The trick to trimming/shaving is to make sure you pay attention to all the little guys "poking" you and really shave them close (with a Mach III). I'm not sure about this "razor burn"/"ingrown hair" stuff, never had a problem (even dry-shave my boys when I'm lazy - no pain, no rash, nothin')
