Just an update, the machine work is done and it is just over 1/4" in diameter at the widest point now, and fully polished again. As for the feeling, it is pretty wild. The feeling on insertion is quite amazing, and not painful at all. Due to the groove near the top, once it is in, it stays in until a gentle tug to remove it. Since it has a hole through it, urinating and cumming are quite interesting. Probably the best feeling comes from sheer weight of the unit, it is not heavy, but the weight definitely adds a unique twist to it, as it hangs.

All in all, not something that I would use everyday, but definitely worth the try, and pretty cool looking too.

I'm in the medical field and all judgements aside, the one MAJOR dowside is infections. And these could range from minor to amputation. Otherwise it does feel good. Be careful and see a doctor is problems arise.

They're lots of fun, but USE LUBE. Nothing sucks more than rubbing your urethra raw and then having to pee. Lube is your friend, but make sure it's water based and test a little bit of it before going crazy to make sure it doesn't cause any uncomfortable sensations. Have fun!

Well, I would certainly not wear it in a situation like that, but any other time, others would never even know it is there. As for infection, etc. I mimic the other comments, it is surgical stainless stell and so you just need to keep it clean.
