Longest you've gone without porn?
 

Curious, whats longest you have gone without porn? Being on vacation/unable to access it doesn't count, and the first 12 years of your life don't count either :)

Currently, I'm trying to see how long I can last without intentionally looking at porn and its really fucking tough, I'm on day 2 lol :( I just want to do it because honestly, when you have access to lots of porn and so on it tends to skew your view of hotness especially when hardly any women look like porn stars. When you need to look at weird stuff and so on to get an erection its a sign you need to fix what your doing :D.

And trust me this site isn't helping the cause :D

I'm really not too bad without porn. I have a feeling that if I wasn't able to see it again for a couple of months I'd be fine.

Mind you... I have a lot of sex, and have only started watching/looking at porn over the past year or so.

Well, I'm single at the moment, so right now... about 20 hours or so. I try to keep a steady schedule.

The longest I've ever gone intentionally couldn't have been more than a week or so, even when I have a girlfriend.

Hmmm.... I think about two weeks is the longest for me.

During stressful school weeks I went up to FIVE days without it.
Now that I only have a couple classes a day, I never have to worry about that about, haha.

So since you are still hangin' at TFP, I'm guessing you've got avatars turned off? :D

It's really something I can take or leave, myself. I don't know what my record is but I know it'd be measured in months. Porn's jut not something that interests me; guess I just don't have that voyeur tendency.

Which isn't to say I've never looked at it. Just that I'm not dependent on it by any means.

gone about five months without it, guess I'm doing quite well.

i have gone a couple months without it...tho when i do look anymore i perfer the amature(sp?) stuff

when i have it i'll watch it but i can get along fine with either a women or my imagination. imaginary porn is more fun anyway

I'm with munchen on this. I could not look at porn again for a year and be fine. With that said, I still look at it every now and then. But I've gone months.

Depends on whether or not you count erotic fiction as "porn." I read/write a lot of erotica on a nearly daily basis. However, pure porn I can go months without looking at.

5 months and counting for me, I dont watch anything except the "instuctional vids" because I think there is no good porn. All the porn I have seen treats the women like sh*t.

Yeah, 'porn' is kinda wide open for deliberation. I have naked people on my background and screen savers, I see them everyday....but if you are talking about sexual acts, I could go for awhile without it....I have a great imagination! I would say I could last at least a couple of days.;)

I have to do that.....since I am here mostly at work, and for personal preference :)

i haven't sought porn for a very long time; possibly a year. however, i run into it fairly often on the ol' interweb. like some of the other posters mentioned, i'm not into porn, so it wouldn't bother me if i never saw it again.

But I have avatars on I just :cough: skip over the pictures with bad avatars, I look at TFP when others are around alot of times anyway so gotta be careful with it :)

Hey, have you heard of the vid called "Marie and Jack: A Hard Core Love Story"? Sounds cheesy (all porn is, anyway), but it's a real couple making love in front of the camera. No one gets treated like shit since they are married and really doing it because they love each other. They are both independently porn stars, but this vid is different b/c it's real. I dunno, I really like it these days... (and ktspktsp got it for me for our anniversary, since I don't approve of trashy porn, either).

I went to a camp for a week and didn't see porn or masturbate for 7 days. Too close of living quarters, no privacy 24/7. I was hitting on every decent looking girl there by the end.

Lol I know what you mean by that, day 3 now, and some previously ugly as hell girls are looking really really hot now. Lets just say when girls with nice breasts lean back so you can see em pretty well I want to look at porn bad :(

Longest, eh. That depends on how long I can be with out a computer. J/K It really depends on how much free time I have on my hands and whether or not I'm in the middle of a video game. If I'm close to finishing a game, then all that pron just gets in the way from having fun.

I made it a month once. I was deeply depressed and didn't give a crap about anything. It also depends on what kind of porn you're talking about: photos or written word? I go through different stages where the photos bore me after a while. I'll then switch over to story sites. Once the stories become ho-hum, I'll head back to the photos sites.

Don't really keep track of when I am exposed to porn... I'd say, I rarely watch porn films or video clips (I occasionally rent them when I am in a hotel room).

Otherwise... I view photos or read erotica on a fairly regular basis and probably haven't gone longer than a week at most without it.

3 months i was in the middle east on a trip, couldnt find any.

About a month was the longest period.

I know the feeling! Sometimes i get mad at myself, like 'is that really all i am?' But i give up. I'm convinced that without sex its damn near impossible

be a good person, pay taxes, and follow the law.....don't fight looking at porn...it's good for you; many studies have found it so (don't ask me to give you details.....)

MOnthsat a time, but i don't push it(lol). Usually don't go more than a few days w/o seeing something. If I had to I could give it up (NOT!) Its part of life.
