Tell your "friend" to try duct tape. That should work. :)

Honestly, I have never heard of this issue. The sphincter muscle is elastic, but we can control it's contractions. I would say she needs to pay more attention. :)

part of the issue with butt plugs is some of them don't have enough of a flare at the end to keep the plug in. Look for butt plugs that look like the stereotypical drawing of a christmas tree- triangle on top, thin "trunk", wide base. the flare of the bottom of the triangle will keep it in place as long as the ratio of triangle flare to "trunk" size is larger rather than smaller. A flared end is crucial so it doesn't get sucked up into places where the sun don't shine. Doesn't make for a fun night at the ER, that's for sure!

Get an inflatible plug, insert it then inflate to larger than the opening, it can't fall out then.

I don't really understand the question but maybe I'm just naive. Do people walk around with these in? I imagine it's pretty embarrassing when you are walking to the local grocer and your buttplug falls out of your dress on isle 3.

It helps make intercourse feel better. God only knows how.

I have found that the muscle will simply do it's job and eject if one wasn't focused on holding it in. Also, if it is during intercourse that it is ejected, the muscle contraction would be the cause. You may have to hold it in.

I'm guessing that the original poster's GF does need a bigger size as someone else suggested. After you've been using one for a while the sphincter does get stretched and you need something bigger to get the same feeling as well as to keep it from falling out.
