Any men here ever cried after sex
(idea taken from the last time you cried thread)
I think its a pretty well known fact that after sex "women" (not at all meant to say ALL women) have been known to cry afterwards.....in my case its almost always been a good cry because of the overwhelming emotions that can take place during the act of lovemaking. So....does it happen to men? Any of you guys care to admit misting up, boohooing, crying...whatever you wanna call it?

In college, the first few times we were together, my gf and I both cried during and after sex. We were deeply in love, and the emotions were overwhelming. Ironic thing is that our fights were extreme in the other direction. She once threated me with a butcher knife. Twenty years later I am often reminded of her by a scar on my left shin. Ouch.

My wife and I usually are giddy afterwards. We even have good laughs. It's not a negative response to performance, but more like the mutual enjoymentt. Of course, I don't usually cry when I'm happy (unless I'm laughing really hard).

My ex used to cry every once in a while after sex because of the emotion involved, like you Shani.
I have twice (I think) for the same reason... It's not any kind of pain, just being awash in a sea of emotion. Mostly though it makes me, and her, more 'awake' than anything. Often there was more a feeling of giddiness afterward than anything else. edit: We're talking about a "misting up" kind of thing, right? 'Cause I find it hard to think of a good sexual encounter involving real crying.... Last edited by TexanAvenger; 03-05-2005 at 10:04 PM.. |

I've had a fair bit of sex with different individuals and no crying has ever taken place. If it did, i'd feel uncomfortable and worry about regret on her part.
I nearly did cry once but only because of an intense coital headache |

I almost cried once because I got a really severe cramp in my left calf right as I ejaculated while taking my girlfriend doggie-style. That cramp was very intense and hurt like a motherfucker.

I was really confused the first time my girlfriend had tears in her eyes during/after sex, kinda freaked me out until she said they were good tears .... I myself have never cried after sex though, most of my sex related crying has to do with not getting any because of a long distance relationship

I've never heard of anyone crying after sex, male or female, and I personally never had experienced crying after sex, on my part or hers. Quite honestly, if a girl I sleep with cries after sex, be it a girlfriend or otherwise, I would be creeped out and probably wouldn't sleep with her again. I just find that a bit odd.

Sorry, but that's just too funny. And on topic, I have never cried. But I can relate to the two gentlemen above me who had their calves cramp up. I had my whole thigh cramp up when I was on top with one foot firmly on the bed surface. I almost fell over. Very very painful, but not tear inducing. I haven't been with anyone who cried either.

I'm a girl...I've never cried after sex. Not even the very first time (as far as I can remember - it's been a while). Nor have any men I've ever been with cried afterwards. I don't think I could put up with that. LOL But then again, I'm not the cuddly type after sex either. I'm much more like a man in that respect. "Are ya done? Okay...get off of me. I'm tired. I'm going to sleep."

My boyfriend has never cried after sex. I think if he did I wouldn't quite know how to react. I have cried a few times after sex and thought I was the only one. And its just a few tears that slip out so my boyfriend doesn't get all worried about it.

Big boys don't cry...
I think the type of crying ShaniFaye was talking about is kinda like a build up of nervous tension and sometimes when women orgasm, it acts as a trigger to release that tension in a overwhelming flood of emotion. The emotion can be released as tears, laughter and even muscle spasms...
At least this was the explanation a girl gave to me, on why she was rolling around the bed in a fit of hysterics (just after her orgasm)... Either that or my tiny cock was tickling her tuppence!

Never cried after sex. Been freaked out by women crying after sex, but never cried myself...
Now, crying to GET sex... that's a whole other question isn't it?

I have this thing with women crying that I just can't handle it really well at all. I think if a girl cried after sex I wouldn't know what to do at all. It would be weird.

I've never cried...I wouldn't have the energy to expend! Crying is way too exhausting!!
My wife of 10 years though did cry on our first time...In fact it was somewhere in the middle of the act that she started to cry...I asked her what was wrong? and she replied...."I just want to know that I'm your woman?" Well, you can only respond one way when you are in that position....So, I told her "Of course you are honey, there's nobody else....I really care about you!" Which wasn't a lie...but at the same time...I was really more concerned about the climax! However, my confession to her finished the night for our love making....she was way too emotional and there was just no going back...she told me how much she loved me and it ended with a night of holding. It was that night that sealed my love for her...afterall I definetely knew how she felt about me and that she didn't take the act of love making lightly. It's been 14 years and she hasn't cried since (during the act that is!). |

I had a girlfriend who cried the first time we had sex, and not in a good way. It turned out that she had been raped at 12 yrs old and it caused her to relive that, but I didn't know that at the time so it freaked me out pretty good.
Myself, never, sex is just not something associated in any way with anything that would cause me to. My wife is the same way, she either gets playful or touchy/cuddly or just demands more, but never crying. |

I cry after really especially powerful orgasms, but not very seriously--more just some tears and whimpers. I also get really clingy which is occasionally annoying to Kel if he is thirsty or something
