An uncircumcised guys first time...
So last night my girlfriend and I decided to finally go all the way. We have fooled around in the past, pretty much doing everything except actual penetration. She has had vastly more experience than I have (last night was my first time), though she has had no interaction with an uncircumcised guy. Anyway, to tell the truth, I have never before stretched my foreskin over the head during masterbation or even further than half way when taking a shower (though I've been very clean), stretching it always seemed to hurt, and pain didnt seem like a good thing. So anyway, for the entire process of putting on the condom and the entire experience, I got this bizarre overwhelming feeling that almost bordered on pain -- being that it was the first time my foreskin was tightened back past the head...ever. Afterwards, i still had a very hightened level of sensation (and it was slightly disconcerting with how long it took for the foreskin to move back over the head). It was almost painful. Perhaps this is just an inexperienced guy talking (I'm 18, shes 17), but while I certainly enjoyed the experience, I couldnt get the thought out of my mind that the "exstreme sensation" was actually pain and that I was doing something stupid. Then again, I also had to tell myself that MOST men are circumcised, so this couldn't be at all bizarre. Anyway...It would certainly reasure me if it wasn't a unique experience...

Your lil' knob gets used to it in time. I am totally surprised that you have never pulled it back all the way. After enough time, there is no pain or intensity, only pleasure.

I am sure that the pain and discomfort will go away completely after just a few weeks, even days, don't worry, it's nothing major. But, I think with the thought in your mind of you never moving the skin completely back could be why you were feeling pain, remember, pain comes from the mind. :-p Plus, it was your first time, you cannot expect your first time to be a kick-off, it wouldn't be normal if something or anything didn't go wrong.

hmm...u gotta pull it back more often
Try pulling it back when you masterbate and just rub the exposed head for awhile. I used to have a problem with tightness, but if you just strech it a little regularly, the tightness should go away with time.

Well from one uncircumcized dude to another.. wear your foreskin with pride!
I remember as a kid, pulling the skin back to wash it in the tub was painful. I guess there was a transition, though... enough erections forcibly pulling my foreskin from over my head during the onset of puberty, and I just never felt much discomfort once I discovered the lonely handshake.

im uncircumcized and vagely remember the pain i experienced when i was younger and i pulled my foreskin back but i do know that the more i pulled it back to clean it the easier it became and less painful to pull back.
i think the fact that i started masturbating when i was about 11 and have done on a constant basis also helped me out a lot. as for your situation i would suggest trying to pull it back while you are still limp to help the skin get more used to being stretched (you should do that when you clean anyway) aswell as trying to slowly stretch it while you are masturbating. on a plus side, you can get your girlfriend in on it so it is a little more interesting

Circumcised penis here - I honestly have no idea what you guys are talking about pulling back! I am trying to visualize what you are talking about, and I can't figure it out. Regardless, let me be the first one to congratulate you on busting the cherry on your mangina!

Funny story! When I was pretty young (7?) I had to do some exercises with mine in case it was looking a little too tight. Apparently it wasn't working too well (more of the same tightness issues, I suppose...didn't try that hard, in retrospect), and I was circumcised. When you're old enough to realize what's going on, it's a pretty scary experience!
Oh, wait, that's not really that funny. |

um scary experience? dunno if that was sarcasm or not, but you are missing out on all the fun since you got it circumsized.
And to Locke, just pull that skin back if it isn't like an intense pain and you physically can't pull it back. As a kid I had the little bit of pain that everyone is talking about but you should have gotten used to it as a kid when washing. You didn't though so now is as good a time as any. I don't know how you have not gotten any infections by not pulling it all the way back when washing because that is not a very good idea. Practice makes perfect as they say.

Not fighting, but just for information, during sex there is no real difference between a circumsized penis and an uncircumsized one, both have the same areas exposed and the same general shape( that is unless the uncircumsized one has a case of phimosis(I believe it's called that)).

I am uncircumsized, and am familiar with that sensation. The first time a girl went down on me I almost hit the ceiling. It fades over time--the more often you're exposed, and the more often it's touched, the more normal it'll feel. I still get shocks sometimes, though--especially when it's handled forcefully.

You may have a tight foreskin, a small procedure can be done to lessen the tightness on the foreskin or you can go for an adult circumcision. I was circumcised when I was about 4 years old, 16 some odd years ago, because I got repeated infections, I had an extremely tight foreskin that refused to go back and bacteria used to build up, my mom just decided it was necessary and I thank her until this day for it!

Well, in the last three days it has already become at least more comfortable to stretch back (stretching at least 3 or 4 times a day), and yesterday when my gf came over we had a fun time analyzing the little guy's new "talent" I really appreceate all the help on this one, thanks a bunch.
