I'm always wanting to have sex in various places...not that my boyfriend is unwilling :) Now, I realize that he thinks about sex a lot, but he doesn't really think about different places he'd like to have sex.
I haven't been all that creative so far. The list reads:

I've done a number of the listed above.

Single highest on my to-do list is outside on a lawn in the rain.

I've done the jacuzzi/pool thing a couple times, and I find the water/etc just really reduced my pleasure (lack of friction) and was uncomfortable for my wife (water being forced far too far up)

I'm struggling to think of a place that I've wanted to that I haven't.

Umm... I have yet to have sex in a steamroom, so I guess I'll put in a vote for that.
