As far as cumming multiple times the only explanation i can think of is that they're splicing scenes together with breaks between. Who ever said that each time was right away? Just like any movie, there are takes and retakes. Downtime while they film other people then back to where they left off. The movie business has plenty of ways to condense a long period of time into two hours.

One major point in lasting a long time is how you condition yourself. What I mean by condition, is how often you masterbate and how long you last. Most men last only a couple minutes, this is due to masterbating and getting off quickly. Your body is used to it and will do it as long as you don't change the way you do your stuff.
One technique I can suggest is the 'start and stop'. It's where you masterbate to the point of orgasm, and grab the bottom of your shaft- let the orgasm feeling drain until it's gone, and then redoing it. Over time this will build major stamina and you will be able to last longer.

Now on the cumming 2-3 times in a row without pause, that's really hard. The body goes through something called the refractory period, that's the time it requires to cooldown before you can go at it again. From personal experience, the less intense the orgasm, the easier it is to just keep going. I remember a few times I was able to cum a few times before I was finished.
