If you sweat there, you can get a zit there. Since the most common form of acne is a blockage of a pore, you can get them almost anywhere on your body. Just take a look. If it is on the surface of the scrotum, red or maroon and the size of your average zit, I think you know what it is. If it is bigger and/or a strange color like black or brown, I would get it checked out, just in case.

I'd cut off my balls and end the problem right there.
