I was listening to a song recently, and it was more of a monologue of a guy talking about this prostitue. During the song he says "shes charges $10 for head and $20 for half-and-half"

My question is, what the heck is "half-and-half", I've never heard that before?

Took me a second to get that too... I think where he is going with that is 34 (1/2) is half of 69, so he is getting his half but he owes her the other "one"... So in review, 68 works better.
