Linky-> Caverject is a product made by Pfizer. Pfizer is coincidentally the maker of Viagra - a pill you swallow vs. a 30 gauge needle you inject in your wienner. I believe Pfizer picked this product up when they "merged" (aka took over like a British colony) with Pharmacia.
Edit: No I have never used this product. I own Pfizer stock and read the quarterly 10Ks.

CAVERJECT PATIENT INSTRUCTIONS
Caverject is a medication used for impotence, a medical condition which is erectile dysfunction. The causes of impotence include medications you may be taking for other conditions, impaired blood circulation in the penis, nerve damage, emotional problems, excessive smoking or alcohol use, use of street drugs, and hormonal imbalances.
Use of Caverject
Caverject is injected into a specific area of the penis and should produce an erection in 5 to 20 minutes. The erection should last for about an hour. You should not use Caverject more than 3 times per week with at least 24 hours between uses.
Who should not use Caverject?
Men who have condition that might result in prolonged erections, such as sickle cell anemia or trait, leukemia, and tumor of bone marrow, men with penile implants, or with an abnormally formed penis should not use Caverject. Caverject should not be used by women or children.
What are the risks of using Caverject?
Erections that last more than 4 hours can cause serious and permanent damage. Call your doctor or seek professional help immediately if you still have an erection 4 hours after injection. The most common side effect of using Caverject is mild to moderate pain after injection. Call you doctor if you notice any redness, lumps, swelling, tenderness or curving of the erect penis. A small amount of bleeding at the injection site is normal. Tell your doctor if you are taking medicine which may interfere with blood clotting, such as aspirin, Coumadin, or Heparin.
Storage
The Caverject kits can be stored at or below 80 degrees F. After mixing the medication, it should be used within 24 hours or stored in the refrigerator for up to three months. The medication should not be frozen. If traveling, do not store the medication in checked luggage during air travel or leave in a closed automobile.
Preparing & Injecting Caverject
You much be properly instructed by your doctor on how to use Caverject before using it. Do not change your dose without consulting your doctor first. If the needle is bent at any time, do not use it and do not attempt to straighten it. A bent and re-straightened needle may be predisposed to needle breakage and may remain in the penis of breakage occurs, requiring hospitalization and surgical removal.
To prepare Caverject, you will need a vial of the sterile powder, the prefilled diluent syringe with the attached needle, and two alcohol swabs. These materials are in the plastic case in which Caverject is supplied.
Make sure you have the right strength vial of Caverject before injecting.
Prepare the dose
1. Wash you hands thoroughly and dry with a clean towel.
2. Handle the syringe by the syringe barrel only. Do not touch the needle with your hands or allow the needle to touch any surface.
3. Insert plunger rod into open end of syringe barrel. Gently screw threaded end of plunger rod into rubber stopper. Do not over tighten.
4. With the needle cover still in place, slowly push the plunger slightly forward toward the needle end of the syringe. Allow the plunger to slide back to its initial position. Repeat this step several times to spread the plunger stopper lubricant evenly.
5. Remove the plastic cap from the vial of Caverject.
6. Wipe the rubber stopper on the vial of Caverject with one alcohol swab and discard the swab.
7. Grasp the syringe barrel (not the plunger) and remove the needle cover, being careful not to touch the exposed needle. Do not throw away the needle cover. Hold the syringe with the needle point up and push the plunger to the 1-cc ml mark on the syringe to expel air and excess diluent.
8. Holding the syringe/needle in a straight line with the vial of Caverject, push the needle through the center of the vial's rubber stopper and push the syringe plunger all the way down to expel all the diluent into the vial.
9. Without removing the needle or touching the needle or stopper, gently swirl (do not shake) the vial until all the powder is dissolved in the diluent. Then, turn the vial and needle/syringe upside down and gently swirl the vial to dissolve any powder in the neck of the vial. DO NOT USE THE SOLUTION IF IT IS CLOUDY, COLORED, OR CONTAINS PARTICLES.
10. Keeping the needle in the vial, firmly hold the vial and syringe upside down in one hand.
11. Keeping the needle tip below the level of fluid slowly pull back on the syringe plunger until all the fluid is removed from the vial.
12. If there are air bubbles, gently tap the syringe barrel until they float to the top of the solution. Holding the syringe upright, push the syringe plunger to the correct volume mark for the dose prescribed by your doctor. This will expel any air and excess solution into the vial.
13. Grasp the syringe barrel (not the plunger) and pull the needle/syringe from the vial of Caverject in a straight line to avoid bending the needle.
14. Place the needle cover over the needle and set the syringe down on a level surface.
Select injection site
1. Caverject is injected into the corpus cavernosum (spongy tissue) of the penis. The corpus cavernosum runs the length of the penis on the left and right sides.
2. Choose an injection site on one side of the shaft of the penis as shown in the figure below.
AVOID VISIBLE BLOOD VESSELS.
3. With each us of Caverject, alternate the side of the penis and vary the site of the injection.
Inject your dose of Caverject.
1. You should be sitting upright or slightly reclined when injecting Caverject.
2. If your penis is not circumcised, pull back the foreskin. Holding the head of your penis with your thumb and forefinger, stretch it lengthwise along your thigh so that you can clearly see the selected injection site.
3. Clean the injection site with a new alcohol swab. Do not discard it, you will use it again.
4. Remove the cover from the needle. Reposition the penis firmly against your thigh as in the picture below.
5. Hold the syringe between your thumb and index finger. Using a steady motion, push the needle straight into the selected site using a 90 degree angle until the metal part of the needle is almost entirely in the penis.
6. Holding the syringe barrel between two fingers, move your thumb or finger to the top of the plunger and with a steady motion push down on the plunger so that the entire volume of Caverject is slowly injected.
7. Grasp the syringe barrel and pull the needle out of your penis. Apply pressure to the injection site with the alcohol swab or clean tissue for about 5 minutes or until the bleeding stops.
Disposal of injection materials.
After use, dispose of all injection materials safely. DO NOT THROW AWAY IN THE TRASH. Instead, you may purchase a sharps disposal box from you local pharmacist, or you may use the plastic case in which the Caverject is supplied:
1. Place the used syringe and vial into the plastic case. Remove the red plastic locking device, and close the case firmly so that it snaps shut.
2. Push the red locking device through the case label where a picture of a padlock appears and push down until completely inserted. Once the locking device is in position, the case will be permanently locked. The case can now be discarded safely in the trash.
3. DO NOT REUSE OR SHARE NEEDLES OR SYRINGES. DO NOT ALLOW ANYONE ELSE TO USE THIS MEDICATION.
