Honestly, I've never seen a porno where the guy goes right back at it. I've read it in stories, but never really seen any evidence. I tend to think that if they are showing a couple screwing over and over and over, then they are cutting separate sessions together to look good. There's gotta be down time. Right? Right?! As far as cumming multiple times the only explanation i can think of is that they're splicing scenes together with breaks between. Lasting for significant periods of time isn't terribly difficult; self control and practice go a long way for that, and the rest of it can be attributed to having something to distract you from just pounding away and finishing (changing positions constantly, a director yelling at you, or just sticking a song in your head so you don't think about how damned good it feels :P )

Who ever said that each time was right away? Just like any movie, there are takes and retakes. Downtime while they film other people then back to where they left off. The movie business has plenty of ways to condense a long period of time into two hours.

One major point in lasting a long time is how you condition yourself. What I mean by condition, is how often you masterbate and how long you last. Most men last only a couple minutes, this is due to masterbating and getting off quickly. Your body is used to it and will do it as long as you don't change the way you do your stuff.
