I feel it, my wife has a frustratingly low libido due to health reasons and it's crap not gettin it at least once a week. Birthdays, I reckon they should make an effort to make you happy, if that means giving your nuts a tickle then so be it.

Birthday sex may not always live up to the hype but disappointing birthday sex is better than no sex. At least for the male point of view. Yeah, I'd feel let down if I got none. I would definately talk about it with her.

I think it depends on whether she asks what you want for your b-day. If you say "no big deal" or a "blow job" makes a difference. It also matters what you do for her on her b-day.
Seriously - it's a day in the week. If she chooses to make it extra special for you, enjoy it (as you should do for her). You're not 8 anymore, and if you can't talk about these things, give up.

What I would give for birthday sex every day .... since in my mind everyday is MY birthday =). Consequently the only thing that my wife wants on her b-day is to be left alone. or a massage... or well anything else than sex - her B-day is on Jan 2.
