"lifting a truck?"
 

Okay, I'll admit I'm getting older, but I've never heard of the sexual term, "lifting a truck."

My wife works in a urology office and someone called to say that he hurt himself "lifting a truck... you know, in the sexual way." She wrote it down on his appointment file, but has no idea what he meant.

How far out of the loop am I? Does anybody out there know what sexual connotations this phrase has?

I've heard of "pulling a train", but this one's new to me, too.

When I saw the thread title, I immediately conjured up images of Buddhist monks pulling trucks and busses with their dicks...but I don't really see how that's too sexual...

I could see it as him trying to lift the weight of the girl with his penis alone :p

Maybe he tried to have intercourse with a truck. I know tailpipes can look pretty inviting on a hot summer day. ;)

my guess would be it's some sort of groin injury from --- ummm -- overexerting himself... he's not 19 anymore... Just not sure why a urologist would be called..

Maybe he was having sex and his partner came down on it too hard. I've heard of people fracturing their penises (I still cringe whenever I say, type, or think about the words "fracture" and "penis" in the same sentence) from that, and although I've never experience serious injury like a fractured penis (thank God), I have had some girls come down on it real hard, making it bend sharply. That'll give you a startle, I'm tellin' ya.

Is it possible to fracture a penis? I thought fractures were things that happened only to bones? (hehehe...)

As for this "lifting a truck", I haven't the foggiest, but now I'm really curious....

She should have just asked him. Slang varies from person to person.

Think you're referring to "running a train," which is when a bunch of guys get together and do a woman (or guy, I guess, if they swung that way) one right after the other.

We always called it pulling a train or a gang bang.

Could it be Cockney Rhyming Slang for "Having a fuck"?

Maybe he was trying to lift his truck for some reason and got a hernia as a result? The "sexual way" could refer to his privates, and that would likely be the area that he could have blown out if he was straining enough.

That's pretty much what I was thinking. Maybe he was just too shy to come out and say "I have a hernia in my groin area." And didn't realize that trying to explain it some other way sounded worse than what actually happened.
