Sex on Viagra
Every man must wonder, what is this little pill that allegedly makes my member ready to stand at full duty? Being a 23 year old male that does not suffer from erectile dysfunction, it would seem that it would be many years, if ever, that I would try this wonder drug. I mean if it's not needed, whats the point, right?
So about 3 months ago I was helping my stepfather move his office. He's a doctor. While we're moving stuff around I notice a box of physician's samples. Being a doctor he is, of course, given samples of many types of drugs. This box, however, piqued my interest. Yes, this was Viagra, with about 10 packets of samples in it. Curiousity gets the better of me, and though I can't bring myself to ask him if I can have one, I am just unscruplous enough to pocket a packet when he isn't looking. That was 3 months ago. When I get home I see that the packet has 6 pills in it, of the little blue football variety. While I'm excited about this opportunity to try something new, I am also wary. What if it comes it and doesn't go down? What if I have some weird reaction from it. So in my drawer it goes, unopened. Now, present day. My girlfriend works all the damn time, I often go days without seeing her. She told me yesterday she was going to come over today. I call her and she insists, "No, I'm too tired, I need to sleep." Well I keep pushing it, and she says "If I come over now we'll just have sex and I'll have to leave right after that." To which I respond, "So?" So she agrees. The gears in my head start turning and I think, I'm going to make this an experience that she doesn't regret. To the drawer I go. I open the packet and pop out of little blue pill, with a handful of water down my throat it goes. Then I hop in the shower. Brief shower and now I'm sitting on the couch. No erection yet, thankfully. I do notice that my face is feeling warm though. I get a little nervous... I also notice my throat feeling a little tight, like its more difficult to swallow... My body feels like it's in the middle of the flight or fight response, getting clammy like I'm at the peak of an intense acid trip or something. I decide not to freak out about it and let it run its course... My girlfriend shows up. We talk a minute, I start kissing her and stuff, I get an erection... Nothing unusual. Down to sex.... We go at it for a while, a good session but nothing exceptional. I'm ready to go a second time, but I decide to take a break. I think to myself, this drug must be just for people who need it, I haven't noticed anything really different. We talk for a few more minutes and we start picking, tickling, wrestling around, that kind of stuff. I notice something popping up again. Usually for the second round it takes a little more effort than that. We go at it again... This time I do notice a significantly different experience. It's still rock hard, which on my second go it usually is a little more "bendy", if thats the word I'm looking for. On top of this I have very little sensation from it. With this lack of sensation, I expect the erection to start to go away, but it persists. This time we must go for damn close to an hour... Talk about an aerobic exercise... I'm all sweaty just trying to bust a nut, going balls out for nearly the whole time, she's making all kinds of noises that I don't think I've heard before. Finally I close my eyes and fantisize about some kinky orgy stuff and I feel that I'm going to be able to go, so I wait for her be ready to cum again and I let it go... Pretty good experience I guess, except that I have a lot more sensation when I do it normally. For her, I'm sure it was better.... For me, I like it more the normal way. That's my experience with the stuff, I just thought I'd share with the curious. |

if it doesn't have any side effects, I'd say keep on using it, you get your fun on the first round and she gets her fun on the second, everybody wins.

out of curiosity I've done the same thing....but have only taken half of one......and found it takes about 40 mins to work.....and it won't give you a stiffy....but once you get one it doesn't go away! I tried it......completed 'round one'...but the stiffy stayed for about an hour afterwards....nothing painfull or anything......it was just kind of there..and a little numb. It'd be a great way to impress a girl for that 'first time' ! haha

So, when did you get your MD? Priapetic erections can damage you PERMANENTLY: link. Granted, that article specifically says that Viagra is unlikely to cause trouble, but if you don't need a med, and take it anyway especially not knowing what might conflict with it, you take a real chance with your health. How'd you like to have to have a PERMANENT loss of erection, requiring some other kind of fix, such as a penile implant? Sound like fun?
Look, medicine is not an area to fuck around with. Even trained MDs fuck up more often than they like. And you took it w/o regard for its contraindictions, w/o any kind of support or advice. I just hope, for your sake, that you haven't harmed yourself. If you want to stimulate your woman longer than you can with your own penis, get a dildo and use it on her. It's much safer, doesn't require a prescription, and you can use different ones with all sorts of features. And it's safer. Did I mention that it's safer? I just wanted to make sure I mentioned that it's safer. |

I'm quite sure he knew about the supposed hazards of using Viagra, I'm sure that the 10
million people who have used the product, not just once, but on a regular basis, are aware of the risks. The risks must be pretty damn low for it to become such a well recieved product, and one that doesn't just disappear from the market after a couple of months. Did you even notice about him saying that he left it in his drawer for three months? Furthermore, if the pill reacts differently to him, and, according to your article, in an extremely RARE case, how will talking to someone before hand have actually helped? Sure, maybe if he asked a doctor, the doctor might say to not use it, but there isn't much reasoning behind not using the product, and being a one-time thing, probably wouldn't have stopped him anyway. He did take it with contraindictions (whatever the hell that is), he knew something may happen, but in his opinion, something probably isn't.

As for the rest of your diatribe, if you take that attitude toward drugs, you'll end up seriously hurt eventually. Your problem, not mine. |

That would be horrible to have a hard on that wont go away for a couple hours after sex. What if you have to go somewhere or meet someone or something? You would have to do everything sitting down. I personally would not try it considering I'm only 22 and dont need help in that department. I also have a thing about pills, I hate them. If I dont have to take pills, I wont.

Thanks for sharing your experiences! As with any drug, it's good to know all possible effects that could occur. It's also good to know the dangers. I considered taking Viagra as an experiment but I read about it's bad effects on people who have high blood pressure so I decided against it, at least until I see my doc. I'm 25 so I'm sure he wont prescribe it but I'll probably talk to him about it anyway. It's best to be straight up about stuff like this, especially with your doc. They have a lot of insight and are there to help. Not judge.

taking it one time isn't gonna kill you.....especially if you are just curious.....lets get some perspective.....the dose is like 2 or 5 mg.......cripes......it's not 40 cc's of heroine!
now if you were taking it everday and didn't need it than I could see the 'scolding' but once or twice....come on |

Really, I get my attitude WRT meds from long, fairly intimate, exposure to doctors, from paying attention, from READING those little paper slips which come with various meds, from asking LOTS of questions, and from seeing the results of a fuckup at times. Meds are nothing to fuck with if you don't know what you're doing. You can really hurt yourself. Basically, if you want to be safe, make sure your doctor knows what you're taking over the counter, including any herbals, before she gives you a prescription, ask questions about the new med, ask questions about alternative meds, ask questions about alternative dosage strategies, ask questions about alternative meds' dosage strategies if appropriate, ask questions about the relative benefits of taking nothing versus the various meds, and get all your prescriptions filled at the same pharmacy. That last is to allow for a final check for any likely medication conflicts, 'cause the pharmacist can sometimes catch stuff, but only if he's aware of all the meds you're taking. And yes, I've seen what can happen if you don't have at least one person (doctor or pharmacist) who knows what's going on. She survived, but it wasn't a fun experience. I was there for most of it, other than the activated charcoal flush. I skipped that part, by request of what remained of her intellect during the episode. She'd been going to different (specialty) doctors, getting scripts she was having filled by nearly random pharmacists, and eventually, either it caught up with her or some unknown person slipped something in her water. No way to prove either hypothesis. Either way, she had a kind of psychotic episode, which lost her her job and scared the shit out of her husband. Would you like something like that, or worse ('cause I think they were fairly lucky) to happen to YOU, or YOUR MATE? Or your child?? Last edited by denim; 09-25-2004 at 05:21 AM.. |

While I don't recommend to everyone taking this stance, I weigh the possibilities before doing something potentially dangerous. Basically my thinking was that if 60 year olds can take this with no problem, it's not going to hurt my healthy heart, and if porn stars can take this and be ok, it's not going to hurt me that I don't really need it.

I tried it with the wife once- and only once- HAD NASTY SIDE EFFECTS in the form of turning bright red and having the worst sinus headache of my life- very annoying and not my idea of the best way to spend an evening- some people I know love it, but I tend to side with denim on this one.....
