I believe the flyer says no sexual contact with the pierced tongue for 5 weeks, but I can't remember fully. This is probably the best bet.
If you just can't wait that long or don't want to or whatever, you can probably wait 2-3 weeks, but just make sure she is freshly clean and make sure to use antibacterial mouthwash afterwards just as if you were eating, drinking, or smoking. Two to three weeks helps the piercing get a good start on healing, and reduces the likelyhood of infection. As far as the reaction - I suppose it all depends on your original technique, but my girlfriend loved it before and loves it even more afterward. You just have to be wary of putting too much pressure on her clit with the stud, because it can hurt. You may have to adjust a little bit to get it right, but if you're perceptive about how your woman responds to oral you'll get it.

With a tongue ring...
You are supposed to wait 6 - 8 weeks to do any sexual activity that involves exchanging body fluids... *shrugs* me, I waited three weeks, lol. I just can't stay away from my hubby's cock that long. *grins* I used antiseptic mouthwash afterwards, and I didn't let him cum in my mouth.
As for whether or not girls like it... I know I do (I'm bi). And I know my hubby does, too, lol.... As with anything, the tongue ring isn't all there is to good cunnilingus, patience, care and concentration are necessary, too, lol. Good luck... Just for the record, I LOVE having my tongue pierced. I'm so glad I had it done. Bryn
