Vaginal Peeling?
 

My gf recently (like today) started experiencing peeling on her outer lips. It looks nearly identical to when you get sun burnt, with peeling, and a redness under the skin after its peeled.

We think it could be a yeast infection, but I'd like to get a second opinion.

Anyone?

I've never experienced anything like that with a yeast infection.. but you never know

Allergic reaction to something would be my first guess

Because it's something she's never experienced before, even it it is a yeast infection, I'd get it checked out by the doc as soon as possible

I've never experienced or heard of peeling with a yeast infection. I also think it could be some sort of allergic reaction - maybe to a detergent. Does it hurt? I'd go straight to the doctor.

definatly Dr. time I'd say too, it's possible that it could be a chemical burn due to not washing off soap from a shower. liquid soap will definatly cause a chemical burn like a sunburn that will peel. it may NOT be this so better be safe than sorry, especially with your favourite body part !!
