Some girls are so irregular that they won't have a period for weeks longer than you'd expect.

and stressing makes it worse for the both of you. it can prolong the wait, which increases the stressing. vicious cycle man, vicious cycle.

Two days....

The longest a girlfriend of mine has ever been late was two weeks. We were ready to pull a Romeo & Juliet by the end.


My advice is to not panic around her. Stress is a factor. If she is really worried then she will be under stress, which would make it come even later, which adds even more stress.

If it goes past 5 days I would recomend getting a test rather then not sleeping at night.

I'm with the others. Get a test and get your sanity back. I know you have to be pulling your hair out right now.

It happens, used to happen with the ex every couple of months, freak us out all over nothing.

I think the worst time (for me anyways) was when we were at Eckerd’s walking around and happened to walk past the condom/lube/sex stuff and she was like "Pregnancy Test, we need one of these". You know that feeling where your heart jumps down into your stomach? Multiply that times ~ 10.

Turns out she was negative.

I've been there before man, trust me. As long as she's late you want to vomit, can't sleep, etc. but as soon as it comes, it's the best feeling in the world. It's probably the only time you'll ever be happy she's on her period.
