got a question, don't really know much about sex, so whatever.

so my gf and i often give eachother oral, but after we're both done she's ready to go again. I guess girls can have sex over and over again, maybe i'm not finishing her up or something, but i just can't go again right have orgasming. i dunno how long it takes me to recharge but she is ready to go again, which i don't mind, but i'm not and she tries but i don't really get hard. is this normal? any advice greatly appreciated.

It's perfectly normal. Most men have to have some downtime before they can get back up again. Entertain yourself with pleasing her or fooling around in other ways in the mean time.

Yeah, and enjoy the quick recharge while you have it. It can get worse with age and certain medical conditions.
