For example (a simple one), I like to be nice to my boyfriend. Orgasms from him make me want to be nicer. Conversely, people who treat their SOs like shit and get orgasms from them probably just treat them more like shit.

I'd have to agree. I'm normally fairly confident, but after sex (that is after I've regained my energy;)) I feel like I can conquer (sp?) the world!
