Simple solution; lube. And you might wanna "warm up the oven" first. Give her a lot of foreplay and it might work better.

you took down the original post, but I'm betting on vaginismus. The vaginal muscles clamp down, sometimes making penetration impossible. This is usually a reation to some kind of past abuse. Lube will not help. Lots of foreplay and relaxation may not help either. Medical treatment may help, using graduataly increasing sized dialators.
