Female fertility Cycle
The idiot that is me with alcohol in my veins has gone and done it again:
I had uprotected sex with a woman after a party. Now I'm pretty worried that I might have done something serious. All I know is that it was at about a day after her period stoped that I had sex with her. I did pull out but as my sex-ed teacher said it isn't a perfectly safe method so I'm still worried.. I don't know how the cycle works so if someone would be so kind to enlighten me I'd be very grateful because I'm pretty scared right now.

I was gonna say i always was told that the safest time to have unprotected sex was the first 2 weeks after the period. of course it isnt safe to have unprotected sex but i think you know what i mean.

Plus healthy sperm can hang around in there for a few days so I wouldn't call that very safe. |

Thanx for the info, it's put me at ease a bit. Now I just have to get over the fact that if her brother finds out I'm a dead man..

Don't feel entirely at ease until next month. Every woman's different, and even in the same woman ovulation can vary in timing from month to month. That's why the rhythm method of contraception doesn't work, save for those few women whose cycles are extremely regular.
But -- if it was early after the period, and if you pulled out (even though it's possible you left a little something behind), you're probably okay. Probably. |

have a beer in the fridge. keep it there. when you find out she's having her period - it will be the sweetest, tastiest, most refreshing ale you'll ever have. the beer will offset the 'damn i was really hoping for some' tonight syndrome, and you'll be a happy man.
