Probley your sphincter muscle is tensed up and forceing it open is causeing the pain.
You should try useing butt plugs from small to larger. Start with the smaller one and work your way up to larger ones over some time. Work your way up to one a little bit bigger that your partner. So you can get use to the feeling.

Naah that's completely normal. I had the same pain the first couple of times I tried anal. Remember that your anus has never been used for sex before. You have to prepare it for sex like iamnormal suggested.

1. someone's finger(s) should've been in there first, and if it was close to the exit, finger woulda found it...
2. She should be able to sense if she was 'full' with something other than penis..and stopped.

Actually that's possible but luckily it happens rarely. During the years I've done anal sex it's only happened once that loverboy's penis was totally brown *shrugs*
to me it seems like 50% of the time there's nothing on the penis and the other 50% there's a small piece of poop...
