Lower stomach pain during sex - Tilted Forum Project Discussion Community

Sometimes when doing certain positions, one of them being girl on top, when im sitting straight up, i feel pains in my lower stomach every time he thrusts in. So Ive been just trying to avoid those positions. Can anyoen tell me what is cuasing these pains, and if there is anything I can do to prevent them? Are they a common occurence?

is it just certain positions? sounds like it's just a bad angle for the two of you. No biggie--every couple has their bad angles, either because it slips out to easily or else because it causes the girl pain. (strangely, can't think of too many positions that cause the guy pain but not the girl...) Just do the positions you like--I doubt there's anything medical to worry about.

You probably have a retroverted uterus. It happens to 1 in 10 women, so it's quite common.

Go to a doctor. Ask for hir (gender neutral!) to check and see if you're retroverted. If you're not, then you need to ask for advice/information from a trained professional.

I've got the same problem sometimes Leafs_Fan. I went to the doctor and after a small examination she told me that there was nothing wrong with me technically. The pain comes because my boyfriend's got a large penis and it's a bit crooked, pointing to the left (very common for most penises) and during some positions his penis will push against something inside me and thereby inflict a bit of pain on me.

But go to the doctor as well - he can determine whether it's a retroverted uterus or if it's just the same as me so you can stop worrying about it sweetie!
