Well, aparently from what i have read, sex PLAY between siblings as children and teenagers is not as uncommon as you might think.

I am not condoning it, but apparently it happens quite a bit. Everything from just show me show you and up. And supposedly while often the parent / child incest thing does lead to a lot of trauma in life, the sibling thing usually doesn't.

I dunno, I do know i am not interested in my sister.

I had a GF when I was in University who told me a story about how her mother educated her about sex when she was 15 or something by telling her father to open his robe and show his daughter his unit while the mother explained how it worked and eventually stroked the old man to an orgasm.

I got told by a guy I did martial arts with a few years ago that genetically it is ok to reproduce with your 1st cousin but not your second cousin. I dont know if its true or even how that works but he was meant to know alot about since he worked in genetics. Has anyone else heard this?

It works the opposite direction. The farther the relatives are from each other on the tree, the chances of nature messing up are reduced. So you've got a higher chance of healthier babies with a 2nd cousin, not 1st.

And ditto what james t kirk said about siblings & sexual curiosity. Although, I'd like to add that it is acceptable and normal if a child peeks at his/her parents while they're getting out the shower or going to bathroom. Research has shown that they turn out perfectly normal. It appears to be part of their natural learning process/curiosity. They think it's part of building a gender identity. (Sneaking glances of parents and incest are totally different, so I am slightly off topic, sorry.)

From what I have read sexual exploration between siblings is not uncommon, especially when the age difference isn't that great. This can range from mastubation to full on sex...

I have a brother and in the summers we would sleep out in a tent in the back yard at my Dad's place... there would be games of truth or dare that would always devolve into someone having to jerk off in front of everyone else or someone would have to jerk someone else off (there were usually three or four guys in the tent on any given night). We ranged in age from 11 to 15.

There was nothing abnormal about this. We were young guys who were very curious.

I seem to recall MET mentioning in another thread that his first sexual experience was blow jobs with his cousins...

All of that said, parental interference is not cool.

And not having a sister I can't really say much about it personally but I can extrapollate from my own experience and imagine that if I had an older sister, there might have been the possibility that something similar could have happened...

Apparently he didn't have a problem. I remember asking her about that, and she said that he was hard from the get go.

She claimed not to have been involved, just that her parents were very open about sex.

She related another story how one time they (the family) went on vacation together and they were of course staying in a motel. The parents would have sex at the time the kids were in the room, albeit under the covers.

My parents would have sooner eaten glass than do anything like that, so it was all quite unreal to me.
