I am starting this thread in the hopes that myself and my friends, through our experiences, will be able to help others out in turning up the heat in the bedroom. I also hope that we can pick up a thing or two along the way.

Whether you are in a committed, long-term relationship and you wish to get ideas for new things or you want to find ways to warm your gf/bf up to new ideas, your posts are welcome. Also if you have had any experiences that you would like to impart or recommend to the rest of us, I'm sure we'd all be appreciative.

Do something nice sexy when they don't expect it. Spice up the routine, if you typically do it before sleep, do it at lunch time for once, or right after he/she comes home from work. Anything goes. :)

Seriously, routine is boring..unless it's a 3 am routine after the first time, you know...where you go at it before bed with all those things you wanted to try and all those things that are fun and you both finish and pass out...then the 3 o'clock wakeup call is heard from the guy downstairs (not john the neighbor, but the holder of all male thought) who wants seconds...then you roll over, nudge the girlie until she wakes up and you commence just going at it again with that straight on, get me off freestyle sexual encounter...that routine is just fine.

For those of you that have never tried it, I'm going to recommend handcuffs first and foremost. Usually a cheapie pair from someplace like Walmart will cost you less than $10 and won't break (except for one time, but trust me, real ones would have). Make sure to get two pairs to individually anchor each arm to a bedpost. A sock rope will usually suffice for your legs if you feel the need, as the handcuffs probably won't fit. For guys

For bonus points, have her wear the dress earlier in the evening for a romantic activity alone (dancing, dinner, etc). It's something she's not likely to forget in a hurry.

HAHA I do not recommend suggesting this to your girl if there is any chance what-so-ever that there is no way that she would ever be able to squeeze into that dress... suggesting this to her could possibly make her very bitter!

if you live in a multi roomed apartment/house, make sure to have sex in places other than the bedroom.

Mirrors are very nice. Try to find a ceiling to hang one from.

Hubby and I have surfed porn together. It helps that I'm bi. We've watched a couple porn movies but don't usually watch them that much since we're Busy. ;)

The things that work for us are to have sex in public while on vacation. It is tastefully done and not flaunted at all. For guys

Surprise her when you're not supposed to be there. If you told her that you have to work and then you find out that you don't, just show up at her door and don't even give her time to speak before your lips are wrapped around hers.

lots of fun things can add spice.. Rather than handcuffs, which can be uncomfortable if there's much pulling involved, go get 4 cat collars (leather or nylon works just fine) as bracelets and ankletts...
