Yes I saw a video where this guy had no arms or legs and was in a wheelchair becuase he kept fantasising about chopping limbs off and he had to make this fantasy a reality so he could get satisfaction so one by one he chopped all his limbs off. The thing is what is he going to do now he has none left? Probably kill himself or something.
