Liberator Bedroom Shapes
My wife has her web forums too, and one of the women on her forum started a post about how she and her hubby had purchased some liberator shapes and were now having sex all the time. This interested my wife enough that we ordered the two other shapes. We got the black label type, not because we do much bondage, but because they're a bit more versitile. The straps and cuffs can be used, f'rinstance, to help hold positions that would otherwise get uncomfortable.
We got the ramp and the wedge, and, setting them up like a chair elevates her bottom and makes both oral sex and missionary position variations much more enjoyable, certainly for me, and I get the sense for her as well. The wedge is also good for support for doggy style, and there are more than a few positions I want to try out as time and mutual inclination intersect. She's been more willing lately too. Anyone else have any of these? How are they working out for you? Any other sex furniture? |
Those are waaayyyy too expensive for some foam blocks. Anyone with a little furniture handiness could make those for prolly 1/5th of what they sell them for. $175 is a bit much for what they are offering. That's about 1/4 to 1/3 the cost of a good bed. Now that I've seen these tho I'm going to look for alternatives or may be try and make them myself. It can't be all that difficult.

Are they that much better than stacking up a few well-placed pillows?? I went to the website...they look interesting and the "how-to" videos are a good time.

Those look like fun! lurkette and I may need to splurge. I do have a birthday coming up, after all!

I thought that it looked like a ton of money for what amounts to pillows, but, let's put it this way, they hold their shape under myself and my wife. That's over a quarter ton all together. The fabric they use to cover them doesn't stick to skin or anything else, but it sticks to itself like mad, so compound shapes are very possible, and those hold up under either my wife or myself, quite an endorsment of furniture that isn't acutally fastened together.
As for building them, best of luck. I couldn't figure out a way to do it that was 1) cheaper than buing them, 2) doable with the tools I have, 3) didn't run a considerable risk of turning out to be uncomfortable, and hence, languishing unused in the attic in perpetuity, 4) tested by any significant number of people, or 5) endorsed by folks who make it their business to know about these things. If you do decide to do this, make a hard core out of wood, then back it with several layers of progessively softer foam (at least 6 or 8 inches thick all told) then an extremely tight fitting fabric cover. |
