Wear a condom, use LOTS of lube, and take it veeeeery slowly. The biggest mistake when you do it the first time is not using enough lube or doing it too quickly, in which case it will be a very painful experience.

Use lube, of course. Be sure to use something that is made for sex, because you're going to be pushing stuff into her intestines that isn't made for digestion.

It probably will hurt her at least a little, nomatter how gentle you are. It should feel good for both of you. And lastly, her anus will squeeze you really hard, so it will hurt afterward.

Condom isn't absolutely necessary, but it is cleaner. However, if you have a foreskin, DO wear a condom.
